Our credentialed professionals have over 50 years of combined experience in the financial management and valuation of small and medium sized businesses, professional practices, partnerships and limited partnerships, ESOPs, real estate holding companies, options, and other derivative securities. This experience reaches beyond going concern businesses to acquisitions, liquidations, and start-up ventures. This practical experience, coupled with our deep understanding of the theoretical approaches to valuation, gives us a distinct advantage over many of our competitors.
EVA prides itself in providing objective, independent and unbiased valuation opinions. We provide valuation estimates using our own valuation models developed by the professionals at EVA, rather than the one-size-fits-all, off-the-shelf valuation software many of our competitors use. This customized approach ensures that we provide realistic and reliable valuations.
